Some businesses were just meant to be and happen somewhat by chance. There is not much of a crazy story behind Spoonable besides a delicious caramel sauce. However, a delicious craft product is all you need to find yourself in business! One day Michelle Lewis, CEO, Founder, and Chef of Spoonable, was making a cheesecake and decided to add a caramel sauce to it. Michelle gave the extra caramel sauce to a friend and that was just about all it took. The next level for Michelle was getting more feedback for her sauces so they quickly became her gift of choice. The holiday season was coming up so Michelle gave out her caramel sauce to all of her friends and family for Christmas, as she couldn’t afford other gifts. From there on out Spoonable was born and Michelle Lewis was on a quest to create the most delicious line of small batch, innovative caramel sauces.

Creating the line of Spoonable sauces took a lot of innovating indeed. Endless hours of ingredient adjusting, taste testing, and throwing away batches that were accidentally burnt. Eventually Michelle was successful in her goal of creating the ultimate line of caramel sauces. Spoonable is all about offering caramel sauces with attitude, fun, indulgence, and exploration. These sweet creamy caramel sauces are made in small batches, one batch at a time, and made with only the highest quality local ingredients, never preservatives. Spoonable sauces has been a big hit and is still growing, now working out of the Pfizer building in 2014 in order to enhance and build-out their kitchen facilities to meet demand. The unique, innovative and delicious line of Spoonable sauces includes the classic salty caramel, spicy chili, chewy sesame, peppered orange, flowery lavender, and Brooklyn butterscotch. The uses for these decadent a caramel sauce goes far beyond the traditional ice cream sundae.
